"The fabric of the robe is beautiful as is the design. My biggest criticism is how it looked when I opened it. It was incredibly creased, made it look like rags sadly. It was an 18th birthday gift for my niece and I had no opportunity to iron it prior to giving it to her. Even if I had, it would still have creased in the packaging. Is there some other way this could’ve been packaged to prevent this? Thank you, Linda"
