"I just ordered this robe for my wedding and unfortunately it turned up with a hole in it, within an hour of me flagging the defect with Homebodii, the lovely GM, Natja, called me and apologised for the experience, she then posted me a new gown via express as my wedding is only a week away, it arrived the next day in perfect condition. This is without a doubt the best customer service I have experienced, thank you Natja & team! The robe itself is absolutely stunning, so sparkly and elegant, i'm in love with it and can't wait to see how it comes out in photos. My only feedback is that because the gown is intricately beaded it can be heavy on your shoulders when worn for a long time, so wearing something with sleeves underneath will make it more comfy."
